  • Unpack various aspects of mindfulness through a leadership lens, including ideas for being deliberate in how a leader spends her or his time, and with whom and in doing what.
  • Employ strategies for managing email, reducing office time and sustaining focus that help moderate stress and enable a leader to stay true to one’s values.

PAUL RICHARDS is the superintendent of the American School of Dubai.
